Justin goes to Woody’s to see Brian but runs away soon after because Jennifer is there, too. The boy finds himself seeking refuge in Brian’s loft and ends up spending the night there after having ruined Brian’s plans for the evening. Brian makes Justin sleep on the sofa and tells him again that he doesn’t want a relationship.
Worried about her son, Jennifer goes to the diner to speak to Debbie and then goes to Justin’s school to talk with him and tell him that she loves him and doesn’t care if he’s gay. The two of them then go to a museum together where Jennifer reminisces in front of a mother-child painting and Justin has a sexual encounter in the bathroom.
David asks Michael out for dinner and, dressed up by Brian for the occasion, he spends a pleasant night. David, though, doesn’t want to rush things and ends the night early, so Michael shows his disappointment and then goes to Babylon to find a trick for the night.
A client of Brian’s agency makes it clear that he’s interested in spending a night with Brian who at first seems not to have a problem with the request but luckily changes him mind and, instead of “selling” himself for his work, goes to spend the evening with his son, Gus.
